Group registration will be possible for groups of 10 delegates or more.

Interested group leaders should write to the Symposium Secretariat at idss@zoominpro.co.il for detailed instructions.

Registration fees include:

  • Participation in the Symposium Scientific Sessions
  • Refreshments and lunches as per program
  • Entrance to the Exhibition


SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are in US$ and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.

Registration fees will be charged by Aviation-Links Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.

Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Personalized confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received. 


PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by the following means:

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX)

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer should be made out to Aviation-Links Ltd; VAT number: 520039009

Please note: All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.

A copy of the bank transfer document should be sent to: idss@zoominpro.co.il .

Bank transfers will not be accepted after February 18th , 2025

  • Online registration is required.
  • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
  • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
  • Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
  • All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, idss@zoominpro.co.il
