All payments are in US$ and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.

Registration fees will be charged by COMTEC CONGRESSES MANAGEMENT LTD.

Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

REPLACEMENTS & REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel registration please send an email to IDSS@comtecmed.com.

* Cancelation within 14 days from the date of registration, provided that the registration was not completed during the 7 days prior to the symposium date – full refund.

* Cancelation starting from the 15 day from the date of registration until Feburary 14th, 2027 – full refund, minus NIS 100 handling fee.

* Cancelation from February 15th, 2027, until February 28th, 2027 – 50% cancellation fee.

* Cancellation received from March 1st, 2027, and no-show – no refund on reservation. – no refunds will be given.

• Online registration is required.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.

A variety of hotels, ranging in price and star rating, are available for IDSS 2027 participants who are booking through the online registration system which is accessible from this website.

All hotels are in close proximity to the Symposium venue, restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions.

All rates specified are per room, per night, on Bed and Breakfast basis. All rates include services charges.

The rates below refer only to non-Israeli citizens.

Check in time is 15.00 and check out 11.00, most hotels offer guests the option of storing their luggage before checking in or after checking out.

It is recommended to book early to secure your preferred housing arrangement.

Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Symposium Secretariat by email at IDSS@comtecmed.com as follows:

• Cancellation received until February 15^th , 2027 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
• Cancellation received between February 16^th , 2027 – March 1^st , 2027 – 50% Refund
• Cancellation received from March 2^nd, 2027, and no-show – no refund on reservation
