All hotels are in close proximity to the Symposium venue, restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions.

All rates specified are per room, per night, on Bed and Breakfast basis. All rates include services charges.

The rates below refer only to non-Israeli citizens.

Check in time is 15.00 and check out 11.00, most hotels offer guests the option of storing their luggage before checking in or after checking out.

It is recommended to book early to secure your preferred housing arrangement.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Symposium Secretariat by email at idss@ortra.com as follows:

• Cancellation received until February 13, 2022 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
• Cancellation received between February 14, 2022 – February 20, 2022 – 50% Refund
• Cancellation received from February 21, 2022, and no-show – no refund on reservation.

*If the Symposium will be cancelled or changed to virtual format due to COVID restrictions in Israel, a full refund will be made.
