*Abstracts may be submitted only through the website. Other methods will not be examined. Please read the rules of submission before submitting your abstract.

Rules for Abstract Submission:

  • The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts, and once complete, you will get information about the type of presentation you will present.
  • Please note: all abstracts information about acceptance into the program will follow.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English and spelling quality that is suitable for publication.
  • Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the abstract has is revised and that all information is correct. The content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission, and the author is aware that it will be published as submitted.
  • The abstract submission constitutes acceptance of the authors regarding its publication (e.g., conference website, programs, conference Facebook page, other promotions, etc.).
  • The organizers have the right to remove any abstract which does not comply with the above.
  • Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the contact details saved in the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract, and will be responsible for informing the other authors about the state of the abstract.
  • The Program Committee will notify regarding oral or poster format by mid-December 2021.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  • Presenting author’s contact details
    • Title, full first and last name(s)
    • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, country
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
  • Author and co-authors’ details
    • Title, full first and last name(s)
    • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, country

Presentation Type of Abstract & Topics:

1. Please choose the type of presentation: poster or oral (the committee will inform you about the approval / rejection of your choice). 
2. Please choose number of your topic from the menu list. Click here.

Abstract Title & Body of Abstract:

  1. Abstract Title – limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE
  2. Abstract Body – limited to 300 words. References may be inserted within the space allocated for the abstract.
  3. Abstract Layout – abstracts should use the following structured format:
    • Introduction/ Background
    • Methods/ Materials
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • References (Optional)

Best Communication Awards
The 5 best abstracts selected by the Abstracts Award Committee will receive awards:
The first three – in the amount of $ 1,500 to $ 500, and the other two will receive diplomas.
The winners will be announced during the Opening Ceremony.
