Group registration will be possible for groups of 10 delegates or more.

SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are in US$ and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.
Registration fees will be charged by Aviation Links Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Personalized confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received.

Payments can be made by the following means:

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
Bank Transfer

REPLACEMENTS & REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
As of November 2021, Israel is open to welcome tourists from all over the world IDSS2023 is operating according to the Israeli Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 guidelines. We will continue to update the rapidly changing COVID-19 event protocol on our website and via communication.
If some limitations will prevent a participant to attend the Symposium and the IDSS Organizers will not be able to assist in getting an approval for the arrival of the attendee, a full refund will be made.
If due to the COVID-19 restrictions the organizing committee will be forced to postpone the Symposium or change its format to a virtual format, any payment made to the IDSS 2023 will be kept as credit to the next IDSS event.
If the Symposium takes place as planned on site, the cancellation conditions and refunds will be in accordance with the policy detailed below.
Any replacement (i.e., change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to an administrative fee of US$ 35 per participant.
Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Symposium Secretariat, Aviation Links Ltd. IDSS@zoominpro.co.il as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Symposium) – Full refund, excluding $ 35 handling fees.
If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of registration refund will be made as follows:
- Until February 14, 2023 – Full refund with deduction of $ 35 handling fee
- From February 15, 2023 – 50% refund
- From February 25, 2023 – No refund
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Online registration is required.
- Students / Physicians during residency time – You will need to upload a letter from the Head of Department or a senior authority of your institution (on an official letter-headed paper) confirming your student / Physicians during residency time status.
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
- All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, Aviation Links Ltd. IDSS@zoominpro.co.il
