A variety of hotels, ranging in price and star rating, are available for IDSS 2025 participants who are booking through the online registration system which is accessible from this website.
All hotels are in close proximity to the Symposium venue, restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions.
The rates below refer only to non-Israeli citizens.
Check in time is 15.00 and check out 11.00, most hotels offer guests the option of storing their luggage before checking in or after checking out.
It is recommended to book early to secure your preferred housing arrangement.
David InterContinental TLV (Symposium Venue)

Dan Panorama TLV

Distance to conference location: 300 meters
Dan Panorama has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and terrace, in Tel Aviv’s Neve Tzedek area, near Hatachana, the Old Jaffa Train Station. The beach is across from the hotel. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Each spacious and contemporary room of the Dan Panorama Tel Aviv Hotel has a balcony, with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel’s Carmel Club Lounge has sea views from its 18th-floor location, and serves snacks and refreshments throughout the day. The hotel also includes a fitness center. Dan Panorama’s restaurant is open daily and serves a great range of Israeli dishes and Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a poolside bar.

Accommodation & Tourism Services Terms of Payment
Payments will be charged via the Symposium registration form and will be refunded according to the cancellation policy below.
If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, you must pay the full amount due at once.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Symposium Secretariat by email at idss@zoominpro.co.il as follows:
- Cancellation received until February 2nd , 2025 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
- Cancellation received between February 3rd, 2025 – February 17th , 2025 – 50% Refund
- Cancellation received from February 18th, 2025, and no-show – no refund on reservation
